Hi Linnie, I was thinking about you today being your Grandmas Birthday. I hope your having a good day.
Did you do something for your Moms birthday yesterday?
And whats tommorrow?
The BIG 40 for you!!!
Thank you! We actually celebrated our birthdays Sunday with a lunch at Golden Corral. It's always interesting. My brother's boys are the wildest hooligans -makes life fun at times. Trey was a hoot-he kept getting in my mom's face and asking her if she liked her chicken. Not sure why he did that, but she was really laughing. And Trey was totally fine with going out to eat so yay!
I usually put flowers out on my grandma's grave (by usually, I mean I did it last year-this is only the 2nd birthday she's mised with us). That's all she ever wanted-cut flowers in a vase. And don't buy her a vase or she'd have a conniption b/c she's got a million of 'em (insert swear word of choice here-she used all swear words, but not that F word). This year it is too cold-it's below zero and there is snow covering the ground so I just wished her a happy birthday out loud -if she could hear it that is.
Yep, tomorrow is the big day. I have a piano lesson that I'm not ready for.

Haven't had much energy to play. Since Trey doesn't like to go out to eat, Buzz and LA are going to pick up food. I think Buzz feels bad because I'm not going out, but I really don't feel like it. We'll probably slurp a bottle of wine and that'll be about it. Oh, I have to take Trey to therapy too.
Walt and the beer-good grief. I don't like beer much. I'll drink one in the summer if it's really hot out and the beer is really cold, but I rarely finish the whole thing. I used to love beer and that was all I would drink. Then one day, Buzz brought home a bottle of wine and next thing I knew, I was in love.

With the wine, well, I guess with Buzz too. One time when I was younger and dumber I won a beer drinking contest. I thought you won money, but all I got was a pitcher of beer and 2 shots. Like I needed more to drink after that debacle. Plus I drank it with a straw. I was a little dizzy the next day.
