I don't know if this is still at Epcot but, I was reading a guide book (2002) that says it might be too graphic for kids. Does anyone know how graphic and if this is one to skip with kids?

Thanks

I've never seen it. I have heard it's tastefully done and leaves many unanswered questions.

I personally don't think it's a "fun" WDW thing, so I'll probably never see it. Seems to heavy to throw into a day of fun.

I saw it with my DD 6 and 4. It was very tastefully done, but it does show the couple in bed together and the wife sweating and pushing during labor.

It might prompt more questions from older children but my two were pretty disinterested except that DD 6 wants to buy a baby instead of going through labor.

Thanks for the info. I think we will skip it I have pre-teen boys who have had the "talk" and I don't want to take the time or have the rest of the day be question and answer or see if we can embarress the other brother.

Thanks again and keep smiling

It really isn't any big deal at all. Our DD saw it when she was 6 and especially if you've had "the talk" there is nothing new or embarrassing in it. It's more like "A Very Special Episode of Blossom" sort of thing as far as how they talk about sex!! And it's Martin Short and kind of funny IMO.

However - is it even open right now? I thought the whole pavillion was closed for some reason.

We watched this with DS9, DS6 and DD4 this summer. DS6 and DD4 didn't really "get it". DS9 had a couple of questions that were very good, but it didn't create a family "uproar". I think it is a good "introduction" for a 9-10 to tone down the "recess talk". Beyond that it might be a little insulting for a 13 or 14 year old. It might give a parent who is ready to give that "talk" some ideas to approaching the subject.

The entire pavilion is closed "seasonally" which means it should be open only at peak attendance times.
