best mascara: loreal double extend in gold/blue or red/white tube

I definitely agree!! The Loreal reminds me of the dearly discontinued Magicils made by Lancome. The "take off" is so, so easy. Soemtimes, I buy Covergirl Lashblast or Clinique High Impact because they also comes off easily.

My dark circles are bad enough - the last thing I need are mascara "stains" underneath my eyes

I definitely pick up the Costco Borghese set every winter. When I need something in between, I either order brushes from Everyday Minerals (they make an awesome eye kabuki brush) or buy brushes made by EcoTools at the drug store.

They did not have them this past year or did I miss it? Last year they were marked 12.99 apparently this was wrong but they gave them to me for that price, I always try to by an extra because they make good gifts.

Just popping in here to ask, what kind of Makeup brushes do you use? Mac or Sephora brand? I'm in the market for a few eye brushes. Any ideas?

I actually LOVE the elf ones from target. The black handled ones. I also have the sephora bent eyeliner one and adore it. For me the mac brushes just never did it. I am thinking about diving into the sigma brushes though.

I was surprised at Blinc as well. I might have gotten a bad tube because it never really "tubed" on my lashes. And it flaked and irritated my contacts. And I found myself rubbing my eyes more when using it. I was really disappointed.

HEEEY,,,,just went to transdesgins.com and HEAD2TOE beauty(as mentioned on page one) and they no longer sell OPI! What the heck happened. They used to sell to the public just as they would to a beauty operator and they stopped that too! BIG disapointment.


Also saw on TV some hair system for women with thinning hair it is like Keratanique or some thing like that. They want you to call for a free trail but no way will I do that ....just wondered if anyone else saw the ad and if we know anything about it.

I am going today or tomorrow and Iwill look too. Seems to me that they are cutting down on the Borghase(sp) line. Maybe they are getting them in early for Christmas. No matter how you looked at it, it was a great deal. Maybe they did have it last year. Now that I think of it I have a mini brush kit from the set so you could be right. Perhaps it was the year before they did not carry it.

I think we talked about Wen before and CR said that co-washing was the the same thing. My friend used Wen and she hated it. I did try co-washing (washing every other time using conditioner instead of shampoo) and it worked well.

BTW did you get the foundation? When I was at WDW I was going to see if they had it at Guerlain but frankly as I said in another post when I looked at myself in the mirror between my hair and the sweat which caused my face to be red I just could not even think about it. It would be like dressing a turkey in a Dior!LOL. Then too I kept thinking I wanted to get it at Sephora with a GC and 15% off when they have the sale. .....It's not like I do not have any make up to use in the mean time.

I just want to share a huge RAVE for Costco's Kirkland Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner! I have been reading about them for the longest time and I finally remembered to buy them a few days ago.

This stuff is amazing! My hair is curly and dry and these leave my hair in great condition. Smells wonderful too. About $8 each for a liter size bottle with pump. I am so happy I tried this - my new HG shampoo and conditioner!

You might want to try the stuff I just raved about above, Kirkland Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner. They are Sulfate Free, 100% Vegan, Paraben Free, and Gluten Free. My hair is curly, color-treated, and dry too and this is good stuff!

Review Time ~

So, I got the NAKED pallette. Well, actually, I got 2. I bought one, and a few days later, my g/f bought me one. I still have to return #2....and possibly #1.

I dont know how I feel about it. It's sparkle frost city. Dont get me wrong, I love sparkle, and shimmer - but these are over the top - so much so, once the color is on your lid, it seems like they all look the same. Sure, I can mix them with less sparkly shadows, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of a palette?

Initially I thought it was because I picked up UD SIN shadown primer. (I think it's SIN?? It's a shimmer, too.....) Another sparkler. I don't know if Naked is too sparkley cuz of primer, or if it's just too sparkley? I need to try SIN primer, with my other shadows, and NAKED with my TooFaced primer. I'm doing practically chemistry, when I'm doing my makeup. Right now, as it stands...don't think I like SIN, either.

So far, so good. I like all of it. The hand cream is so neat - makes your hands tingley, from the AHA, but man are they ~soft~ in the morning! I just love all of it. Even the Lip Gloss, and I'm really married to Lip Fusion Glosses, but I adore the smell of this one, and the sticky glossiness. Face Wash = Awesome.

They make almost all of them in lipgloss. My thoughts on this stuff? I'm glad I got it as a gift. I can't see spending $22 on a shower gel, that **even though it smells so stinking awesome while your lathering it on**, once your shower is done, so is the smell. And the smell? This is what heaven is going to smell like. I promise.

I got a $50 gift cert, from another g/f, to Sephora. Now I have to pick out what I want.

Wow! I am going to get it next time I go to Costco. If I don't like it my son will use it. He uses anything on his hair including my 27.00 shampoo if I do not hide it.

Anyone try Butter Nail Polish Products? I got the top coat, polish and base coat yesterday at Ulta. Let me say I am very UNDERWhelmed. I spent 44 and that was with an 11.00 savings and really I am not loving this stuff. Any thoughts?
