I call WDW DINE on Thursday to make PS"s for our upcoming trip. We just decided to go recently, so we didn't make the 90 day mark- I knew I might not get exactly what I wanted, so I knew I'd have to be happy with what I got. Well, I called at 1:19 pm on Thursday afternoon. I was on hold until 2:05pm Thursday afternoon. During the hour wait, I folded laundry, watched TV, etc- I didn't really care that I was on hold so long. Well, when someone FINALLY answered, he was a very fun, upbeat guy named Mitch. We were chatting about things while he was looking up my choices, and I mentioned that I had been on hold for 50 minutes- he said he was sorry, but I didn't mind...I told him how I folded laundry, etc... Well, my first two choices were completly booked, but I got Boma, which we wanted again. Mitch was working on one other PS, when all of the sudden, the line went dead. I kind of chuckled, thinking how I was on hold for so long, but I really didn't mind- these things happen. I wasn't going to even call back, but I decided to make another try. I was using my cell phone because I don't pay for long distance calls, and while I was on hold a second time, my home phone rang and guess who it was? MITCH, who was calling ME back!! He said his computer crashed and he didn't want me to wait another 50 min on hold, so he called ME back and I got my other PS for Crystal Palaace taken care of!!! I thanked him for calling back and when I hung up the phone thought, wow, the magic really dose start at home !!!!
