OK....here is the latest on the mixology tasting. I just called Alma with DCL. Originally she had given me dates/times for the tastings as: Sept. 7 @ 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Then she had given me Sept. 11 (which is Tenerife port) at 2:00 pm. I explained to her about Sept. 11 being a port day. She has still not heard back from DCL to confirm those dates/times. She is going to request 2 different schedules and see if they approve either both or one of them. The first schedule would be to see if they will let us have all three classes in one day (there are about 82 people signed up and they really only want about 30 in each event). The hours she is requesting for Sept. 7 would now be: 1:00 - 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm, and 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. The second schedule would be: Sept. 7 @ 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm; Sept. 11 @ 4:00 pm (I know this is port day, but we have to back on board the ship at 4:45 pm so if you are still interested in the class, would just have to come back a little sooner). I know these aren't the most ideal times, but this is all she could come up with to accommodate 3 classes. As soon as I hear anything, I will post it. Please don't send me pm's requesting dates/times. OK....here is the latest on the mixology tasting. I just called Alma with DCL. PLEASE do not send me pm's stating which date/time you would like to have. Groups already made up ready to give to Alma. She said she would call as soon as she hears from DCL. Please bear with me and sorry it's taking so long.....even Alma said this was highly unusual for DCL not to give at least 2 wks advanced approval on events requested.
Thanks for your patience!!!!
