Yes you should EAT SOMETHING...and I should think of a name for it I just "designed" it using left over french bread once and ever since the kids beg for it. To be totally honest, I had heard of a french toast bake using old french bread...so it wasn't like I came up with it or anything...but I did just start adding what we had and come up with something pretty darn yummy.

We are going to be going car shopping today. First, dh is dropping "Aladdin" off at a birthday party...then right after that all three kids are getting picked up by some friends to spend the day with them so that we can shop "unmolested". Not my words...the words of my friend who offered to take the kids!!
