I know I woke up soooo early too, much earlier than normal. Good excuse to Dis and work on planning my trip.

Yes I've seen it several times. My kids aren't to keen on having to sleep on sofa beds but at least they will each have their own.

does it cost the same as booking 2 rooms.

when i went with the ladies, 3 girls had connecting rooms.
With 2 bathrooms it was very roomy and comfortable.

I made brownies yesterday but I didn't cut them yet. They are for the party today. I made a cake too but again once something is cut it's fair game.

How nice of your neighbor to make brownies for you. That's the right kind of neighbor to have.

I dont think so. We also priced the adjoining rooms at Pop and a mod with the codes. The suite was still a better deal. I am excited about the 2 bathrooms...

Yep, isn't that the truth. I used to be the most posiive thinker. Still am in most ways, but lately some things have made it a bit harder...difficult husband with job troubles,who's trying my patience, peri-menopause that makes my emotions all over the board, chronic migraines that mean I never know when they will strike and they happen way too often, and too many teens in the house, and my little guy who acts worse than a teen (the kids really aren't that bad ). I just have to put my head on straight again and figure out how to lower the stress level. That makes all the difference. OK, enough seriousness from me so early.

Finally someone hasn't answered Portland! You'd think that everyone lives in Portland. Are you from Oregon, too, or a transplant? I miss it, even though I haven't lived there for 24 years. It's who I am, if that makes any sense. I do like it here a lot, though.

For me it would have been cheaper to book two rooms. I just liked the thought of the mini kitchen. I don't know why because I probably won't use it. I was just afraid that I wouldn't get connecting rooms. They told me they would try but it wouldn't be guaranteed.

Awww that's so sweet. In our old neighborhood my neighbor lived alone. I use to do the same for her. She always made us a pecan pie. I didn't have the heart to tell her we didn't like that. My DH would take it to work with him.
