Okay Kim: At home everyone calls me "KAR"!!! And you are all welcome to call me that!!! Easier then momrek06...which is a combo of (obviously) mom, letters in my last name and the day of the month I was born...hence momrek06 BUT on the Mad Hatters (well anywhere for that matter) you can all call me Kar!!!!

Well coooollll I am not exactly sure...I am also a frequent on the Fear of Flying message boards!!!

My DS is attending the University of Glasgow in Scotland and has BEGGED me and DH to go to meet him at Xmas in London. I have agreed, even bought the tickets NOW to actually get on that PLANE is another story!!!

How exciting! What chain of events led him there? I get nervous flying too, it was so bad for a while that I really would NOT do it, but then I figured out it's the only real way to get to DISNEY.............after making myself do it a few more times, I still get nervous, but not so panicked.

How exciting! What chain of events led him there? I get nervous flying too, it was so bad for a while that I really would NOT do it, but then I figured out it's the only real way to get to DISNEY.............after making myself do it a few more times, I still get nervous, but not so panicked.

Well he always wanted to study overseas. So for his Junior year he applied thur his college here in the Northeast and was accepted to the program..then he had to apply to U of G (due to their grueling requirements) and was accepted. He is studying Art History!!!

Oh yeah, there is no way I would drive to Disney. The idea of being locked up in my car with my two DDs for the amount of time that it takes to get to Disney from my house just sends chills up and down my spine. Maybe in a couple of years, but not now.

Disney I will fly to...no biggie...2 hours by air...

Well, I live in Williamsburg, VA with DH, and 2 DDs. I am a contract substitute teacher and teach all elementary grades at my DD's school.
