I worked. A baby was born. I guess that's pretty exciting.

One of the pediatrician's came in and told us this one mom (who's had like 6 kids and is always addicted to drugs) just got her kids taken away from her....again!!! That is just so sad! I remember when the last 4 kids were born, it was always such drama. I feel really bad for those kids.

PixiePop!!!

I worked. A baby was born. I guess that's pretty exciting.

One of the pediatrician's came in and told us this one mom (who's had like 6 kids and is always addicted to drugs) just got her kids taken away from her....again!!! That is just so sad! I remember when the last 4 kids were born, it was always such drama. I feel really bad for those kids.

That's so sad! My oldest DD13 (who is actually my stepdaughter) has a bio mom like that. She's given birth 7 times (but has only raised 3 of those kids) and had several abortions. I wish the ability to get pregnant wasn't wasted on people who don't want kids!

We went to a model train show so DS could look at trains, but the only thing they had were OLD train parts for sale. I told DH that we just lost 30 min of our lives that we'll never get back. AND, we had to pay 10.00 to get in. Sooooo, we had to go to Steak n Shake to make ourselves feel better.

I had a severe allergic reaction to the new contact lens solution I just got. I have annual contacts (not disposable) and have not been able to find my regular cleaner. Anyway, I have to take steroid eye drops for at least a week. No contacts for several days...and If I can't find my normal cleaner, I am not allowed to wear them until I go back in February to TRY to get fitted for disposable lens. I say try, because I have a very large pupil and it is hard to fit contact lens.
