He said I have a lot on my plate. He said I need to sleep and he wants me to get Ambien, though he said it may not be strong enough. He said he wants to see me again next week. We talked about a LOT of stuff...........he had me list all my stressors and assign percentages.

I forgot to list WPASADI! What time will they post results?

Yes, he wants me to get two prescriptions, and just try the Ambien first. He said they'll both put me to sleep, but he thinks I'll need the stronger to knock out the nightmares.

He said I have good reason to feel depressed..........and he said I'm the loneliest loner he's ever met.

He was proud of me for coming too, he said.

I like him very much! OH! And he likes Queen!!!!!
