WALTER...Expedition Everest rocks!! Make sure you ride it while at AK! :)

I have ridden it, and enjoyed it very much, even though I would only ride it once. Unfortunately, I could not see the Yeti too well, since I was not wearing my glasses.

I stayed offsite (which I learned has a huge drawback), and I decided to pay a little extra to take a Mears cab to Animal Kingdom, just because I wanted to get there right when it opened. I wanted to ride the safari right away, and told that is the best time when the animals are out.

Some rides, I just felt like they are better in the daytime, like Splash and Thunder Mtns. I would probably only ride the ToT in the daytime as well.

I park-hopped 7 times! My last day, I did it 4 times, visiting all 4 in 1 day.
Splash, TM and ToT are awesome at night!!! They are great in the day, of course, but night makes it a whole new experience.

Just the same ol crap - being 16.
Just hold on to this one thought...in a few years she will be back to her sweet self...the teen years eventually do end!! The only question is if you and dw will make it through them ;) And the most likely answer to that is a yes! :lmao:

I have hard time ranking the other three as well...and I would pick MK as my favorite as well...well....umm...okay maybe I have a very hard time picking between all of them! I just love to be at WDW. It's just all so much fun!!

I know. If I traveled with somebody, I hope they share the same excitement for Disney as I do.

I'll have to try that next time, depending on time. When I go, I try to ride everything, except for the kiddie rides.

I originally planned it that way, but just had that itch that would not go away unless I hopped. :)

I thought it would be like riding those rides with your eyes closed. And these are the few thrill rides that I keep my eyes open, plus I thought it would be difficult to see the Song of the South stuff at Splash.

The Song of the South characters are inside..........it's already dark in there and they have it lighted. They light the outside too, but it's great to be up there on the very top in the dark and see the park below. It's peaceful going through the tubes outdoors..............and once, once, we were actually on during the fireworks and right up on top. FAB!!! :thumbsup2

Disney does a pretty good job of lighting up the stuff you need/would want to see. You can still see the good stuff...although it is harder to take it "all" in when it is dark BUT the trade off is more then worth it...it is magical to be able to see everything all lit up and glowing in the distance and its so cool to go around the turns and twists of BTMRR in the dark! It adds a lot to the ride...and to float on Splash and look out at MK is just WOW!!

Hello again!!! Paige, boy I'm surprised to see you here!!! :rotfl2:

Paige is right on in her take on them at night! FAB! Then again during the day....FAB too! ;)
