Hello,

We at ate the Yak and Yeti roughly five years ago. No one enjoyed their dinner, except me, I stuck with egg rolls and fried rice.

I would like to give it another go but my hubby looks at me nervously! lol
I am pretty sure I heard it has new ownership now.

Anyone been recently that has a review they will share?

It does not have new ownership, it has always been owned by the Landry's restaurant group.

We have been there multiple times and it's one of our favorite Disney restaurants. I was there again as recently as early April and I thought everything was excellent, just like all our other trips.

So whether you hit it on a bad day, didn't like what you ordered, or it's just not for you - I don't know.

I haven't noticed any changes in it since we started going there which was probably at least 3, maybe 4 years ago.

We went in September of 2010 and again last September and we had great service and food both times. Last September we had a group of 5 adults and 3 children and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal. From the appetizers to the dessert there were no complaints all aound. We also got seated right away with no waiting both times.

My family went last October and we enjoyed our meal. Our favorite appetizer were the Egg Rolls. We tried the Dim Sum Basket for Two; some it the items were really good, but others were just okay. All the entrees were good. We had the Duck with Anandapur Glaze, Baby Back Ribs, and Shaoxing Steak and Shrimp. For dessert we had the sorbet trio (good), the mango pie (surprisingly good) and the fried wontons (liked the pineapple). We are planning to go back on our next trip! :)
