He accomplished so much with Disney at the beginning. It is difficult, it not impossible, to sustain the type of success he had.
Then the world economy got ugly. They should get rid of him...provided they have found a replacement that can do better.
Eisner was the right man for the job in 1984. IMHO, he needs to go. He has outstayed his welcome and new blood, and new ideas, are what is needed. Disney needs someone that can stay true to Walt's vision.
