I such a LOSER that I read the locked ones but dont realize they are locked bc I am too lazy to look I guess, then I get already to post some really insightful, thought provoking post and then wham I see the darn lock Now I just wasted all that mind energy.

Oh well I just wasted an hour getting sucked into Scott Baio is 46 and pregnant but hey DS has clean underwear for tomorrow so I am ahead in my mind

My only actual points I got for a comment that I didn't think was that bad, but I pushed the limits and I knew it.

I've tried to avoid the CB for awhile too because I always get sucked into some kind of debate, usually one that doesn't even concern me. The last couple days I have checked into the child beauty pageant one off and on to see if it gets viscious. And the thing is, I really don't give a crap. I'll never enter my little girl in one even though she is the cutest kid on the planet, but why should I care if somebody else is into it? Repeat after me. Must not give in to debate threads. I used to only frequent the TPAS, Resort, Restaurant and Budget boards. Then I decided to branch out and look was it got me. A bunch of LOSER friends

But I can't complain too much I suppose. Though I read the hot button issue threads I don't typically respond. Not looking for a fight I suppose.

ugh just got done reading an email from one of the WINNER moms from DS5's preschool. Ever have a conversation with someone and everytime you come away shaking you head wondering if you were just somehow insulted. Well she emailed me to ask a tball question since she is new to our league. I gave her the info. Then I asked her if she had any problems at Christmas time contacting parents through email. I asked her this bc we are having a party for DS5 and we are inviting the whole class (It isnt at home and we do this when each of our kids last bday at that school) So bc I know people arent great about RSVPing I thought I might need to contact some people so this is why I asked.

Now this is the same lady who slammed my idea of what we gave the teachers every year and she took it over. So I first got all worked up then said ok less for me to do, let her run around and collect the money.

So anyway she tells me Wow I hope you arent having that at home, you would be crazy, I just had Z's party and we only had 5 friends" Ok thanks for your opnion and letting me know DS5 isnt one of them Couldnt she have said nothing at all?????

Those kind of moms don't even have a clue that they are offending people. Don't you know the world revolves around them and their little "Z", and the rest of you will just have to fall in line in back of them?

Yes, those are the kinds that end up taking over/doing all the work...I say let them have at it!

Well my plans for a slow morning at work were dashed. One of the HR gals dropped a stack of newsletters on my desk that I have to fold, seal, lable and put postage on. And this afternoon is the small payroll run which means I have to fold, stuff and put postage on those envelopes. Fun day.

I've been looking forward to this meeting I have this afternoon for weeks. (It gets me out of the library and hanging out with some other librarians from the community. we have fun).

Well, it's been snowing all morning and the meeting is at an even snowier location. I hate driving around in the snow. Looks like it might be slowing down though. Yay!

I feel sorts of WINNERish today. DS5's went to the Drs for his physical today and he cooperated and got three shots. Last visit for his allergies and his flu shot he was a mess.

You know what. This all started the day I started the laundry. I wonder if there is something in the laundry detergent & fabric softener that if combined & accidently inhaled while moving clothes from washer to dryer affects your LOSER mind into a WINNER.

Ok that's it the next time I HAVE to do the laundry I'm wearing a mask & gloves just in case.
