The "Let's-talk-and-drool-over-the-Ghostbusters" Thread! **Update in photos pg 1!**

Maybe in this venue MWS will sing more of his regular songs. He is fabulous in concert, tons of energy. I've never been to one of his concerts that was worship music only, I'm sure they are great but I'm a big fan of his other songs (which are worshipful too IMHO) and would be disappointed if he didn't sing any of them!

I will check out 12 Stones, I'm sure I'll probably like them.

I just looked at the days for NOJ and who was on the schedule for each day, just as I guessed every single person I want to see is on Thursday's schedule, that pretty much guarantees I won't be able to see them unless my scheming little brain comes up with some way to get off work early that day and take the next off... hmmmmm

Yeah, I was soooooo excited that I was going to my first Michael W. Smith concert 2 years ago in Lakeland. Turned out it was the recording for his first Worship CD. The disappointment! It was even more torture when he played a couple notes from "Friends" and said, "I'm not going to sing this!" And he didn't...it was ALL worship music (personally not a fan of it...good purpose, but not as inspiring to me). Went to NOJ a couple months later, and he did a concert of basically all worship (with exception to "This is Your Time" and "Friends" so, they were real downers....ya know? Eek! I just wanted to hear "Missing Person" or something.

September is a while out...I'm sure you'll think of something by then! I'd want to go on Thursday as well, so I'd have to plan ahead if I'll miss a day of school for it.

Oh man, I wanted to go that concert so bad! I love worship music but sometimes you just want to hear other types of Christian music too.

So now, about those Ghostbusters....

I'm sad. I didn't get to go to Universal today. My dad said I should rest up for Sunday (which is true seeing that I'm coughing up a lung and my voice sounds like a boy going through puberty...ah quite sexy). So instead my dad and I were gonna go next Friday, but I told him it's the grand opening of Mummy and it will be CRAZINESS down there so I believe we're gonna go Thursday earlier in the morning because I work at 4.

Upcoming Universal Trips goes like this: Sunday, Tuesday (w/ Grandma), and Thursday (w/ Daddy-O).

I just hope some of my faves are there this weekend.

GIR1. We just call him GIRRRRRR because this one day he was like "Look I'm a tiger" and doing the GRRRing so it fit his name and we just use the GIRRRRRRRRR instead of GIR1 for him.

I love the Red Ghostbuster who is the newest red one. He reminds me of Alec Baldwin in Beetle Juice, lol. Does anyone know his name? I'd love to do a search on him and find out more info on him.
