I'm home safe and sound...the snow turned to rain. The concert was wonderful....I love this time of year! Saw the mentions of Christmas babies...I'm one...December 25th here.

Thanks for the reminder too....I really need to get my cards mailed out. I've done them, just haven't mailed them. Can you say procrastinate? Sigh.

Beth and Nancy, I will NEVER vacation in December again! What a pain the last week has been! A petition is a good idea.... if I thought I could get away with forcing the family to push it back a week, I'd do it...but I don't think that'd go over very well.

I miss Betty when she's not here to pick on me too. Then again, I miss Bonnie when she's not here to defend me and come to my rescue.

I love the "fra-gee-lay" line too! I'm running out of lines to remove. And with the lamp in my sig, I *have* to keep the "soft glow of electric sex" quote in there!

I tried to alternate them, but it got tough. Mostly b/c I'd forget to go in there and update it. Hmmm... I'll just have to see what the text limit is for sigs.

DH doesn't care. It's fine with me....just means he's all grown up!! But first he has to find a job
He has a good interview chance in mid Jan.....with ....eh, DH isn't too pleased with this...Microsoft!

Beth...yes, yes. I need more time!! I should be ready about the first of the year.

Kim....I think no more Dec. vacations for me either. I thought I was so prepared when we left, but so much still had to be done when we returned! I'm just not ready enough to enjoy it. As much fun as we had while there, the reality of losing 2 weeks prep time hit hard when we returned!
And we were planning on Disneyland next Dec Now I don't think so....maybe early Nov.

Okay....are we sending cards to each other? I don't have addresses. If we are....Jennifer...HELP!!

Kim and Nancy, we felt EXACTLY the same way you do about going in Dec. Did it in '98 and winged Christmas just like you. In '96 we did sometime in Nov and got to see all the decorations and still get back in plenty of time. We'll do that again.....but not Dec.

Hi Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't think I've been here since about page 2! I have been so incredibly busy with school and exams, but as you probably know from my "End-of-term CB party thread" my exams are now officially over!!!!!!!!!!

Woo hoo! The last exam tonight was absolutely incredibly BRUTAL to put it mildly... it was so hard... but I'm crossing my fingers.

Michele reminded me that I had to come say hi, so absolutely of course, here I am! Good to see you all, though I'm sure I missed a lot in the past almost 100 pages! Anyone care to do a summary, ROTFL. (Any takers? Any? LOL... probably not )

Well,there were some DH problems ...Cheetos...then MILs, SILs...hooboy and then Jodie said...Jay got a sexy thigh lamp...Apolo is everywhere...possom sausage...uhh....and then the SPAM...uhhh...some tears..hugs...this is just the past 48 hrs...well...you didn't miss more than the usual.

So glad you are through!!! Our semester is SO WACK...we're working straight through the break...exams and papers come AFTER the holidays....so HO-Ho-HO for us.
