The Last Word Beach House

Never been to Vegas. I am not a gambler but love to people watch. Willing to try anything new.

My 6 SILs and all the girl cousins stayed at Hocking Hills this past summer for 3 days 2 nights. Bonnie is right, for the price of what we paid for a cabin that slept 6 (8 if people wanted to sleep on the fold out couch in the living room) it sounds as if Vegas hotel is better.

Beach house is nice idea also. Hey, what can I say, I am pretty easy to please.

We have some frequent flyer tickets, so flying somewhere is not that big of a problem for me. DH owes me for putting in overtime when he is gone for days at a time and only comes home on weekends.

It is getting very cold here and DH called and said that Tallehassee was cold when he arrived this afternoon. Is it cold anywhere else.

Pam, did your football team win this past Friday night? Sorry, I didn't get caught up on the last 40 pages of the mansion thread.

We lost - 12-7. Very, very sad. I thought we were going to pull it out with 2 minutes left, we were in position to score and be ahead and the pass was intercepted.

Vegas is ok - we don't gamble, either. The whole family went there 5.5 years ago for a business convention. DH and I renewed our vows in the Excalibur Chapel with the kids standing up with us - they got a kick out of that! We also did the Jousting Dinner, which we loved.

OH, note for SHERRY! The WOW Christmas CD is AWESOME!! I'm LOVING it!! Just think Audio Adrenaline doing The Little Drummer Boy and you'll have an idea of what it's like. It's so much fun!!

I think Vegas would be fun! I'm not a gambler either, but there are so many other things to do and see there... not to mention, as Bonnie said, so affordable.

I for one, have not because I'm a sweet innocent little thing, but I have to admit that... well... the thought of possibly doing this someday is rather intriguing to me.
