The Last to Post-2nd Edition - Part 3

Wow! You eat early. We just finished shopping, we'll go to our hotel and go get dinner.

I must of missed something. Are you up visiting your friend again?

Back in Tulare. Arline had a Dr. appt this afternoon, and he said that she can go back to normal life. Bittersweet, since we don't necessarily think she is quite ready to go back to go back to living on her own and taking care of herself, but on the other hand we can get back to our own lives. I've been cooking dinner every night since we brought her back to our house on the 6th. Combine that with all the schleppage for the Estate Sale and you have one tired Alison!

The first week of August I get a staycation. We'll probably go to Anaheim or Orange, but we will avoid that place most people go there for. I get two nights in a decent hotel, both with dinner out. It can not offer a complimentary breakfast as we will be enticed to get up early for free "make it yourself waffles". I want to sleep late go OUT for breakfast. I will go to Burke Williams spa and use the gift certificate that has been on our fridge for probably 8-9 years, we have a $50 GC for the Anaheim White House (fancy Italian place) so that's why being local to Anaheim makes it an affordable staycation.

Basically now that we are not taking care of Arline, I can plan some stuff for us. I want one full day of no responsibility to chill out. The night out for dinner the night before will be icing on the cake. However we have 6 more days to get stiff to 1st St before the Estate Sale. Once they do their 2 days we have 2 days to prepare for our blowout garage sale. That will be July 30. Once that is over hopefully we'll donate everything and be done with it. That is when I get my staycation!

Sounds cool, you are going to stay in Anaheim for expo too right?

Soon I'm sure you will feel a lot of relief as you finish dealing with all those extra things.

We're staying at the Anaheim Hilton for the Expo, but I don't expect any rest there. They are starting to release some info, but still no schedule. We can go shopping Thurs starting at 6:30PM. After that I imagine we'll have our last decent meal. The rest will be sandwiches prepared on our room, stuff grabbed from the food courts, and maybe concessions from the convention center.
