The last Cat 2 for Hoop Dee Doo - Floor or Balcony

I am looking to get a HDDR ADR pretty last minute (about 10 days out). I got a Cat 3 ressie tonight that someone dropped. Then saw a Cat 2 for a different night become available.

Would the (presumably) last booked Cat 2 table be on the balcony looking straight on, or on the ground floor? Which one is assigned "last"?

Well I decided to go with the Cat 2 ressie since I would think it would be better than Cat 3 regardless of where I end up. I'll report back in a couple of weeks where I ended up.

We ended up being on the balcony with a straight-on view of the stage! I was hoping that we would get the balcony and by booking Cat 2 (unintentionally) late, about 10 days ahead, we did.
