Tom, 29, hates to admit that he is a kid at heart!
Tam, 28, (me) LOVES everything Disney, cant get enough
Mike, 10, Loves the fact that according to Disney he is an adult.
Abby, 7, Loves the fact she is going to Disney for the first time, but hates the
fact that her brother is coming!
This mornings wake up was for 8am, we grabbed some grub at the POP food court and headed to Blizzard Beach! I guess I am not into water parks, I was disappointed with Blizard Beach, the water in the lazy river was dirty from tree debris! After 2 hours I was done! Kids and Tom had hit some slides and I told them it was time to go, they whined and then they begrudgingly got together their stuff, and as we were walking to the bus, it started raining! I love when Im right.
Back at the room we changed and headed to Downtown Disney, it was time for the kids to buy souveniers, I couldnt hear one more time, can I can I can I! Well over the last few days Abby had already chosen her stuff, so it was easy to buy for her! We found most of it at the World of Disney Store, and thank god I had the 10% off card from AAA. We only had to search for the one Tinkerbell doll she wanted. Mike on the other hand was more difficult he would pick something up, I would say thats fine get it , but will you play with it? He would put it back down! I finally found him a computer game!
We took the bus from Downtown Disney to the Wilderness Lodge for dinner at Whispering canyon! I was soo excited I hard soo much about this place.
The bus took forever! We got there 10 minutes late, but they gave us a table right away! Our waitress was good but not overly enthusiastic, and when Abby asked for ketchup she felt bad they didnt yell like everyone else the just brought her a bottle. Oh well the food was divine! And yes they all ate!
After dinner I decided we should take the boat to the Magic Kingdom, the sky looked clear and Spectro and Wishes was scheduled. The shows had been cancelled a few times for rain, so we chose the right night!
Spectro was awesome, Wishes was great! The worst part was the bus back to the hotel. It took 4 buses before we could get on one, and then we had to stand, BUT it wasnt a bad ride! Has anyone figured out why the POP bus stop is soo far from the gates of any theme park?
