I saw this on my All-Ears newsletter -
When the Land reopens this spring, the Sunshine Season Fair area will sport a new look and a slightly new name: Sunshine Seasons will be a "fast-casual" dining area that combines the convenience of a fast food counter service spot, with unusual menus more typically found at table service restaurants. The way it will work is: You'll choose your food from five different stations themed to the different seasons of the year -- you'll actually be able to watch as your food is prepared in the open kitchen area. Once you have your food, you'll check out at a centralized cashier spot. The stations are: the Wood-Fired Grill Shop (fall), with grill and rotisserie items like ancho-rubbed beef with chimichurri sauce and grilled Atlantic Salmon; the Soup and Salad Shop (spring), which will use fresh herbs and vegetables grown in the Land greenhouse; the Asian Wok Shop (summer), with a Mongolian barbecue and wok station, and menu items including Mongolian vegetable beef stir fry and vegetarian noodle bowl with tofu; the Sandwich Shop (winter) with hearty sandwiches like Black Forest ham and salami grinder, turkey muffuletta, and grilled Cuban veggie sandwich, all on artisan breads; the Bakery, with muffins, croissants, bagels, danish, desserts, and coffee. Each station will also offer vegetarian and children's options, as well as prepackaged "grab 'n' go" items.
