The KITTENS (final episode- with pics)

Wow, you have been such a good Mama to those kitties! These look great. I bet you are so proud of what you've done!

That is way to sweet. Thank you for sharing!!!
I am not sure I could let them go. :grouphug:

They are all so beautiful. Thanks for keeping us up to date on their progress. :)

I can't believe how much they have grown!! They are so beautiful. You are a GREAT person for taking in the mom and helping her raise those precious babies.

They are sooo cute! DH keeps saying we should get a companion for our Mufasa, who looks a little like your Tigger, seeing those pictures makes me want to go out and get another one right now!!!

Aw, thank you. I wouldn't have had it any other way. It has been wonderful. We are keeping Rabbit and the mother cat (Shenzi).

My 85 yo great aunt, who adopted Pooh, was widowed a few years ago and has been very lonely since my uncle passed. She called me this morning and was more happy than I have heard her in years. She says that Pumpkin (Pooh) slept with her all night and is so smart (litter trained and knew where the food was, LOL). She actually told me that she feels like she has something to live for now. It made me cry.

My Dh said, "Hearing that alone, was worth having 100,000 kittens in our home. "

(I have taken the role of 'God Mother' to Pumpkin, if/when the time comes that my aunt cannot care for him any longer). She is in excellent health, but I have a feeling Pumpkin gave her even more years.

Awww, how very touching! I hope the kitten and your great Aunt enjoy each other very much!

Kitty cuteness!!! :goodvibes

I'd have a hard time letting go - you're a stronger woman than I.

I'm sure Pumpkin will add many happy years!!

Thanks for following the kitten story guys, they have been such an awesome part of our luves for the last 10 weeks. Yes, it is tough to let any of them go. But, I know it is one thing when they are babies ...quite another thing to imagine 11 full grown cats in our house! (we already had 2 cats)

They're so beautiful, and I can't believe it's time already!

I could believe there's maine coon in them.

And my favorite from looks is Owl as well. :)

Figaro did the same thing for my mom that Pumpkin is doing for your aunt. Furbabies are such blessings!

Glad to see an update. Shenzi was lucky to find you!

I just love Roo and Rabbit. Wish I could get another (and probably would if the baby wasn't on its way)......

They're so cute! We just got a little two-month-old kitten on Tuesday. She resembles Rabbit and Roo, but more white on her face. It was sad to take her from her siblings and her caretakers, but we'll spoil her rotten, and I'm sure the seven you're letting go will be spoiled too! :paw:

Fantastic! They look so cute - God I love kittens! Looking at your pictures confirms to me that my baby was maybe only 6 to 8 weeks old when we got her instead of 10. I rescued her from a really nasty dirty home on my way home from work one day. I couldn't leave her there! She is attached to me at the hip, probably like Rabbit is to you.

I'm so happy for your aunt. I really need to bite the bullet and get my Dad a kitten. He talks about wanting one but never does it. I know he misses my brothers cat and having a pet to come home to.

So darn cute!!! :goodvibes

Owl looks just like my Tabitha in her oldest picture. :paw:

They are all so precious!!! :flower:

Gorgeous! And wonderful new homes, too. You are an angel! :wizard:

Slightly OT, but did anyone else bawl during Babe when Fly watched them give her puppies away? That dog was a great actress!

Those little buggers have stolen my heart. I'm going to miss them too.

it has been so fun watching them grow. Thanks for keeping us involved. it was fun.

Great Job, they are so sweet! I am sure you are missing the ones that have already left! :grouphug:

Precious! Just precious! :)

Looks like a couple are going to be longhairs, too. Beautiful!

Awwwww, PAW, they all look like such happy, healthy kittens--full of fun and mischief as all kittens should be! :goodvibes

As a rescue worker/foster, and all-around animal lover, I add my thanks to you for taking such wonderful care of these helpless little ones and their mom. I promise you they would not be the sweet little chubbies they are now if it weren't for your kindness and care.

It's so nice to hear a story with such a very happy ending. :)

P.S. Hope your daughter's doing well!
