They had 5 characters out on the Streets that day. Just milling around. Stitch is like that

Last time I was in Disneyland, I saw Peter Pan heckling Capt. Hook as they were walking around between Fantasyland and Tomorrowland. I had never seen anything like that before. Peter was crowing loudly and Hook was trying to get away from him.
