I cannot believe those pictures!! Wow! Where the heck were "they"??? What a fantastic experience. All those walk-on's. Empty queues. "0 minutes from this point." That has to be a once in a lifetime Disney experience!

What's up w/ the lame-o cast member at Pirates? Geez buddy. I'm so glad you took the flash pictures in there. I LOVE that ride and especially the dog w/ the key scene! Although I think I would have been too chicken to ride completely by myself. Of course I still get a little nervous in Snow White. They don't call her adventures scary for nothin'!!

I had heard that Mr. Toad was in the graveyard but I couldn't find him in your picture. Can't wait to look for myself in about 6 weeks!

Great updates! Can't wait for more but totally understand about your wanting to make the trip last as long as you can.

OK let’s move right along…..

I was, if you recall, in the very empty and very soggy MK, in Tomorrow Land to be exact. When I got off of Buzz the logical thing to do was …. The people mover of course (TTA whatever). The nicest thing about being solo and having a bad back was being able to sit and relax whenever I needed to. This is the perfect resting place if you ask me. You see the beautiful MK and can people watch while sitting back and relaxing! I of course took a ton of pics since the ride is covered….

My soggy feets..all happy to be elevated and somewhat dry!

My Views from the TTA….

After my relaxing ride I decided to do some more exploring and take some more pictures in a place I spend very little time….

I saw all kinds of neat things I never saw before! I just never took the time to notice when there were other people around!

I decided it was drizzling and it seemed pretty empty so I headed to see about meeting a mouse! I took some neat pics walking through his place on the way to meeting him…

This is my fav pic! I want one of these sets!

And just as I was taking that last picture my camera battery said “LOW”. When I went into my bag for the extra I realized it was at the hotel in the charger since last night! DOH! I decided to chance it and turned it off to save the little bit left. I was sad because the queue for meeting Mickey was short so I waited (secretly hoping for a PP person to be there) and it has neat Mickey head shaped stuff and I didn’t get any pics! I figured a character pic was more worth it. The line was about 3 families long and as the CM was pulling people in she was about to stop me behind the rope when I said “It’s just me, can I squeeze in there?” and she said “Sure!”. Score! When I entered the room I saw that it was not only Mickey but Minnie too! I was a 12 year old again- grinning from ear to ear! But no PP person to be seen.
I assured the CM my camera would take one more pic and to ignore the low bat….

I decided to hop on the train, since it was right there and make my way over to Frontier Land and see about getting on a Jungle Cruise! I love riding the train! So 2 stops later I was headed to JC. There were few people waiting but I got right on, no problem. I don’t remember the CMs name and I didn’t take pics (I have taken a million on this ride and just wanna enjoy the corniness of it) but that was not meant to be…

OK now when you get to the water fall they usually tell you what it’s called, right? Schweitzer (sp?) Falls. So I should have been leery when this particular CM did NOT mention this. And then my favorite joke of the whole thing…the back side of water (gets me every time for no good reason at all) was NOT TOLD!!! WHAT?!?! This skipper STUNK. He just said the lines, didn’t care much at all. No one else seemed to realize it like I did but I was seriously disappointed. To the point where I almost said something after getting off the ride…but I didn’t.

So bummed out a little I was getting tired and a bit hungry. Even though I planned to park hop all day I decided I needed to go to the hotel for the camera battery because if I didn’t I knew something awesome would happen and I’d miss the moment. So over to main street USA I went. And the rumble in the tummy hit right in front of Casey’s, a place I have never eaten at before. That sealed the deal! I ordered myself some corn dog nuggets, grabbed some mustard for dipping and strolled down main street towards the exit.

Just then the “surprise” Noon parade that they announced while I was on the train a half hour ago… started. I decided I could force the camera to take some pics. I turned it off between shots and decided if it died then I would just leave. I like parades but can usually take or leave ‘em but I had such an awesome spot (right by the train station/exit) that I had to stay!

What I noticed the most being that close was how intricate the floats really are! Everything was seriously intricate; I saw all kinds of neat little things. I was obviously too into it to take pics of these little things but trust me they were there!

I then made a beeline for the bus. I walked the back way to my room (not by way of the main building) and made sure to put the camera battery in my bag before anything! I ended up drying out my soggy clothes and plopped on the bed for a bit and slept for about 45 minutes. I woke hungry so I decided to pack up and head to the food court for some grub. It was early enough that I needed some real food.

I decided to try a cheese steak wrap. It came with fries and I filled my mug with some coke.

It was a little on the greasy side but it was def tasty and was just what I needed! I relaxed at my table for a while and caught up with my TR notes. It was only about 3ish so I decided to head out to another park and work out that hopper….

Don't you hate the low battery thing? I got that battery warning just before my sister and I got on the teacups. We could've had some fun shots, but I didn't want to use up all of the juice before Wishes.

Thanks! It's my official Disney wearing color. It matches everything. it's called Iced Spice by Revlon. Yea i'm still pretty mad about wasting my time on the JC that day!
