I know this may sound like a stupid question to some of you...but I've only been to WDW once, and know that I still have a lot to learn. So in planning for our next trip, I have been reading one of the travel guides, and in reading about the Magic Kingdom it has mentioned "The Hub" a couple of times. I am completely dumb-founded when it comes to knowing what this is :confused3 ....Can anyone help me out here? TIA!

The "Hub" at the MK is the circle in front in Cinderella Castle where Main St. breaks off into the other lands...ie TomorrowLand, Adventure land, LibertySquare.

When you walk down Main Street to the Castle, there is a circular area in front of the castle. There is a walkway from that circle to each of the lands like spokes in a wheel. That area is called the Hub (like the hub of a wheel). Hope this makes sense.
