Is the restaurant with the face decorations on the ceiling still open? I would like to go their sometime in the future if they are still open. I don't remember what hotel it was located at myself, but I have been their before.

Do you mean the mural with the baby faces? If so, that’s Be Our Guest restaurant in the Magic Kingdom, and yes, it’s still open.

In the resort food court? Port Orleans French Quarter food court had large Mardi Gras masks. It was remodeled, I don’t remember if they still have the masks.
