I am listening to Selena Gomez's new album for no reason, and it sucks. Completely sucks.

I was listening to it the other day and I was just so disappointed, usually she has a few songs that I really like, but this album was a bust. The only song I like is "Birthday" even though it's the most annoying thing I've ever heard, it gets stuck in my head lol

I was watching some of the British Youtuber's vidcon vlogs and it's interesting when they're asked to do an American accent they all seem to go for a southern accent (or at least what they think is a southern accent)

haha oh yeah. I don't really like any. They almost all sounds sorta techno and that distracts me from the lyrics which make me get a "this is garbage" vibe. Or at least compared to Demi Lovato's album

I think there's a post on tumblr explaining that Southern accents are drawn-out versions of British accents so maybe that's easiest for Brits?

I think I saw that awhile ago, but yeah, that would explain it. Plus southern accents are probably just the easiest to imitate in general
