How do you all know who you're related to?

My mom has a family tree that proves our relation to Pocahontas, the baseball player I'm related to was my grandfather's uncle, and my dad once told me we had an ancestor on the Mayflower and I checked and it was legitimate.

When people satirize conservatives I wonder if they realize they're being just as close-minded as the people they're trying to make fun of...

...not trying to start any fights, I promise. Just an observation about the "liberal" bias in TV shows...

I hate when people are like 'OH ALL CONSERVATIVES ARE CLOSED MINDED' and 'OH ALL LIBERALS ARE OPEN MINDED'. I don't get why people like to lump together entire political parties. That's like saying 'All conservatives are purple' and 'All liberals are green'.

I think it depends on who's the president. It seems like when there's a Republican president, there are more crazy Democrats and vice versa.

I feel like the only reason they asked her that was because she was a woman.

I identify more as conservative, but I do try to understand the other side of things. I'm definitely not apathetic towards poor people. HATE that stereotype.

I don't have a clue about politics except the ones in charge right now said they wouldn't take away all kinds of stuff but they did, apparantly. I can name the parties but that's about it. I know even less about US politics.

My family haven't done any research on any family history stuff. ):
Although I know my ancestors conquered England in 1066 and moved from France to Ireland the same time the Disney family did.
