several treadmills and cardio machines, free weights, and a few strength training machines. very clean and great views.

The Grand Floridian does not have a "gym". 
It is referred to as the "Spa and Health Club"! 
(Just teasing of course.)
The walkway from the GF to the Polynesian is also a great place to go walking/running, especially early in the morning.
