The Gym at the Grand Floridian

Does anyone know if there is a charge to use the gym at the GF? Also, if anyone has used it can you let me know how it is? Thanks.

No charge if you're staying at the GF or Polynesian.

Hopefully someone can help you about the equipment.

several treadmills and cardio machines, free weights, and a few strength training machines. very clean and great views.

The Grand Floridian does not have a "gym". It is referred to as the "Spa and Health Club"!

(Just teasing of course.)

The walkway from the GF to the Polynesian is also a great place to go walking/running, especially early in the morning.
