Not only are there so many of "us people" on this board, Mouseworshipin, but we are everywhere in real life, and there's a whole lot more of us than you apparently can begin to conceive of.
I'll directly ask you the same question I posed earlier. As an American citizen, you do recognize and accept that the Constitution of the United States takes precedence over the bible or whatever foundation of religious dogma one happens to believe in, right?
Grrr...I can begin to conceive of lots of things.
I didn't see that question earlier. OK, here goes:
I am an American and a Catholic. And I'm happy to be both.
As an American, and a person, I believe in freedom. Freedom of everything, including religion. I am a giant fan of freedom, actually. Maybe the biggest one on the planet. So, that answers that.
That said, I do not believe that laws of a country always take precedence over what is right. If the law of the land is, "Jews must die," then I swing back to what is morally correct. I don't necessarily see this as Catholic thing. More a decent thing. But it is sort of a God's law over Man's law thing, I guess.
So, you asked what I believed. Well, you asked what I recognized or accepted, but there it is. You asked for it, you got it, Toyota.
