I know school is about to go back in session around here and I was wondering if anyone had heard before the break if the Jan Brett Books had been delivered?

I missed something-we love Jan Brett- and know she had a new one come out not too long ago. There was a book signing near us, but near enough for us to go!

I haven't heard about the Jan Brett books but I wondered if they left anyone that won a previous book for their school/library out this time. I hope not...

I have been out all day today but, Maggie, I saw your post this morning. That didn't seem to take long! Relax, now, and enjoy yourself while you are feeling well and have energy to have fun! I am nosey and I want to hear what excursions you plan, please.

When we took our cruise to Mexico, one of the excursions we had planned was a boat outing to watch for whales. The boat we were on was hitting the waves so fast and hard on the way out to "sea" that I got sick as a dog!! Who knew I could get sea sick!?? DH was downing shots of tequilla with the young people on the boat and I was green and running up and down stairs to "visit" the bathroom! Uggghhhh! I take sea sickness meds everywhere we travel to now!

Lori, there was a contest to win a new Jan Brett book for your favorite school or library not too long ago but we haven't heard if our choices won a book or not yet.

We are going to Cozumel and Belize and I havent even booked my excursions yet. Im so far behind.

Please pardon my ignorant question but what is your cruise called? Is it an eastern Mexico cruise? TIA.

I dont know what the cruise is called to be honest. We just get the information and go!

I think we are going to do a excursion in Belize of the Lumanai ruins. As for Cozumel- weve seen and done everything there so that might be a relaxful day of shopping and stuff.

I got a t-shirt from our cruise that is white when it is indoors and colors emerge when you wear the shirt out in the sun. I can't remember the name of the shop but I wanted to get a shirt from every port if I could find a shop there....I didn't make it. But, if we go back to Mexico, I will be looking for this shop and get more shirts.

Ive been in that store a few times! They have them in Key West too, and I think ive been in one in St. George Island as well. I know the one you are talking about in Cozumel.

Hey everyone! I have missed you all sooooo much! I have been gone for awhile, but I surely have not forgotten anyone! I have to go back awhile and see what everyone has been up to! I honestly switched over to a contest/sweeps sight for awhile before X-mas so that I could try to win some gifts for my kids......good news is, I was VERY successful! Bad news is....I missed you guys and now my mailbox is empty because I haven't signed up for any freebies lately!
