The bad news is that my charge bill is outrageous this month...........over $4700. I've had to buy 8 airline tickets (luckily just 4 of them mine), an emergency trip to the vet, my theatre tickets for next season (they offered an incentive for renewing early), plus my first nights deposit on two Disney hotels (we are having a split stay) and the list goes on.

The good news is that it's all on my Disney VISA, and I'm saving for a trip in December! I'm at almost $580 disney bucks (I've been saving since I first got the card, and it will be 24 months in April.

I know it's not the best rewards card on earth, but it's working for me.

Congrats Julia! Our rewards are buying one of our annual passes when we go in March.

I hear you!

I just had to pay off the $5000+ Disney Visa bill--this one for the impromptu New Years trip, my DH's birthday party and other miscellanous stuff. It was very depressing, but there was a small measure of comfort in seeing the reward dollar balance grow. It should cover our food budget for the May trip.

As long as you will be paying that bill in full by the due date, that's great. I love running up my charges and reaping the rewards. Just remember that if you carry a balance, you pay far more in interest than the rewards are worth.
