In January, they had two different shows in the Golden Horseshoe, depending on what day of the week you were there. One was the Billy Hill an the Hill Billies show which was absolutely hillarious and perhaps one of the funniest things I've seen at Disneyland. Fantastic talent there, too.
The other (which we didn't see) was some version of the classic show that had been showing there since Walt's day. It's no longer the same, but it's based on the same idea. I don't remember what it was called, but it was only shown a few times during the week and I don't remember when.
In addition, they frequently have funny little shows out front, which can be a lot of fun as well.
Yes they have food inside. I've had both their chili in a bread bowl (pretty good) and their chili fries (very good). If I remember correctly, they also had hamburgers and hot dogs on the list, as well as a good variety of drinks and a few desserts. The fries were just about the only "snack" foods, though. There are tables inside where you can sit down to eat, and I suggest getting there about 30 minutes early if you want to get a table and a snack -- that gives you enough time to pick your spot before it gets too packed, and to get some food and eat most of it before the show begins. Also, don't be afraid to go upstairs if they have it open -- that's a good view as well if you can get along the railing with a direct view of the stage.
Hope this helps
(And yes, they used to have a show based on Toy Story II called Woody's Roundup. It only lasted a very short while before it was for some reason canceled, but I'm not sure why. It was quite popular with rather long lines. I really enjoyed it as well, but if I had to pick one of the two shows as the better one, I'd say Billy Hill and the Hill Billies. But it's a close call. I wish they could put Woody's Roundup somewhere else in the park for a longer run because I do miss it)
