I'm insanely cold and I might have frostbite.

yeah I had to be outside in like 20 degree or less weather hitting baseballs for a school thing and even after I took like an hour long hot shower my hands are still freezing and my mom said it might be frostbite.

Yeah I know. It doesn't hurt that bad but my hands just feel like really sensitive when I touch something
