On our last trip to Disney World, my wife and I couldn't help but notice how empty and old sections of Future World felt. There seems to be so much wasted space and not a whole lot going on in that area outside meet and greets, food, and some shopping. The area really needs a face lift, and some energy pumped back into it.
I was thinking that perhaps they could move away from the term "future", as it always tough to keep up with it and make it more about technology or the use of technology in their films. Also, can they take advantage of their Marvel property, and inject some of that into Future World? Maybe, make a Tony Stark/Iron Man lab or experience. I'm not sure of the relationship with Universal and if they can do that type of thing in their parks, but it was just a thought.
Interested in others opinions. Do you agree that Future World needs a change?
Thanks,
Claudio
