The Funniest Ride Photo...

I didn't have a choice, I was there alone for a conference and really wanted to ride it. What you probably couldn't see in the picture would have been my white knuckles b/c I was hanging on for dear life!

(Btw, flip flops rule... just wanted to add my support! )

LoL! You're right, I wouldn't miss a ride just because I was alone. I bet that was so cool to have the boat to yourself. I am such a huge scardey-cat. I always think, "What if..." and my mind would have been playing awful tricks on me.

My sister and I love to go on rides over and over just to take funny pictures, we're usually good at making funny faces. This has nothing to do with us, but when I went with my softball team a few years ago, the whole team went on Tower of Terror. This one girl decided to sit in the middle seat all the way in the back (you know the only seat where you can see the person's whole body). While everyone else was all screaming with their arms up or something, she's sitting there with her arms hanging over her legs, with a look on her face looking straight at the camera like she's absolutely bored out of her mind. A lot of girls bought the picture but I didn't, otherwise I would have shown it, it was very funny.

I really wish I had of bought the picture but the funniest ones that I did in March were on Splash Mountain and RnRC where I had on a goofy pirate scarf with ears and a captain hook hand eye patch, and knife and I was saying "Arrrr" They were funny. I hope someone bought one of them.

Oh my hubby insists on having in prominently posted in out living room for all to see...I get a lot of teasing until I show the 2004 Dinosaur ride pic. 2003 was our first time on, so we didn't know what to expect.



So tell me-what's his excuse in 2004? Not so funny when the seating is rearranged, huh?

BTW, Pal Mickey and I are waving, but I forgot where the camera took the pic from (hehehe)

The first time we rode RNR my husband's eyes were closed the entire ride. By the third ride we got a picture we could purchase.

On our first trip in 2001 DH, DS and I rode Dinosaur. DD is afraid of Dinosaurs and didn't ride. Our picture (didn't purchase that one) was hilarious. DS was hiding under DH's arms and I was sitting in the seat with my arms crossed looking quite bored. I just wasn't scared. Now if my DD had ridden we would have had to scrape her off the ceiling of the ride.

She's fearless when dinosaurs are not involved.

BTW Miranda....shhhhhhhh I wear flip flops in the park too...check out my feet!

Once my Dad and I were riding ToT and the ride operater forgot to say to take of your hats and glasses, so of course my Dad(who always wears a hat ) didn't take off his hat. So in the picture he was reaching back to the row behind us to find his hat which had fallen off and the people behind us looked like they thought he was a crazed lunatic. He didn't lose his hat though.

The only picture we ever purchased was one with me, my sister and my niece on RNR. We had the car to ourselves and my 8 year old niece was in the driver's seat. We knew were they snap the picture so when we took off we all stuck our thumbs up. When I figure out how to attach photos I will post it.

I have seen them all, having worked at splash mountain in the photo shop......the fun ones were usually big tough macho men screaming like little girls-we made fun of them. also had some phots of moms useing their children as sheilds, those were always good for a laugh...and there were lots that were funny but had to be deleted- entire boats flipping off the camera, one grad night there were 2 boys standing up with jsut boxers on, no shirt no pants- that one was hilarious!!!!!
