The Fountains or Marriott Royal Palms?

I have it narrowed down to the Fountains and the Marriott Royal Palms. Is anyone familiar with both of them? We are traveling with 2 teenager, 7 year old, and 10 year old. Please help me decide!

I am a Marriott owner and have stayed in the 3 bedroom units at Marriott Imperial Palms (across the road from Royal). All of the palm Marriott units have been refurbished recently. When you stay on the grounds of the Marriott World Center, you have access to the World Center hotel amenities. There's an indoor pool and a large outdoor pool with a slide.

I don't know much about the Fountains. I know it's across the road from Sheraton Vistana Villages as I've noticed it whenever we pull out of the Sheraton onto International Drive.
