Hi, this is my first time to this forum. I usually am on the DVC forum. Anyway, do any of you know the book The Formula? I'm just curious if this diet has worked for anyone. It supposedly is the 40-30-30 plan...Each meal should consist of 40% carbohydrates, 30 % protein and 30%fat all designed to fuel your body correctly. I don't know much about it but I'm interested. I thought this would be a great place to find out if anyone has done it. Thanks in advance for your responses.
