"The Forgotten" - TV Show

Does anyone know if "The Forgotten", starring Christian Slater, has been cancelled? It is normally on at 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday night, but the past two weeks "Lost" has been on.

It is due to be on next week, I have it set in my DVR.

It is not cancelled. It's a great show, I'll be the first to say that, but Lost is amazing. The Forgotten will be back on soon. It has not been cancelled.

Not canceled yet. In early December, ABC set its season order at 17 episodes, instead of a more typical 22 or 24 episodes (which accounts for the greater incidence of pre-emptions and reruns).

The show's prospects aren't that good... it is getting ratings a little worse than Eastwick, which has, of course, already been canceled by ABC.

It's coming back. They have casted Elisha Cuthbert (Jack Bower's daughter from 24) to be on the show now. I think they are hoping to pick up viewers with a fresh face. Not sure if it will work. The problem I have with the show - it's the same show each week. How many times can you look for someone dead. It's a shame because I really like Christian Slater.

I really like Christian Slater too, and I understand what you mean about how many times can you look for someone dead. I haven't felt like that about this show yet, but it's kind of the same as "House." Someone has symptoms that House and his minions can't figure out, they try this, they try that, then miraculously at the end of the show they try the right thing and the person pulls out of it!

I'm glad to hear "The Forgotten" is coming back, but it wouldn't surprise me if it gets cancelled soon.

I like this show. However, I think it's going to be cancelled. They needed great ratings OR a couple of awards during awards season to inspire new viewers to watch it, and I don't think they've gotten either. Too bad. Maybe with a new face and more development of main character's storylines they can hold on for a while, but I don't think this show will make it. I'll keep watching though until the bitter end.

I like the show a lot, the gal with the dark hair bugs me tho. LOL I hope it doesn't get cancelled, I love Christian Slater, but I can see how easy it would be to do it. They need to get more back stories going, which I think they are trying to do with the dark haired girl quitting her job....

That would suck if it got cancelled...poor Christian Slater! After losing "My Own Worst Enemy",seems he could be the kiss of death for primetime.

Man I had such a crush on him in high school...ahhhhhhhhh...
