Hi everyone. I just bought the transfirmer, the two piece step from The Firm. I was wondering if anyone else here had tried it or any other of the firm programs? Did you like it? Did you have success with it? I haven't received mine yet, just ordered it this morning. Thanks in advance for any information.

I have a friend who swore the Firm was a big portion of her 50 pound weight loss. She loved it. I did try it, just never really got into it much, only because I got in with a walking/running group and found success that way.

Anything you do to get you moving will be great. I know if you give it a chance you will find success.

Let us know how you like it.

I have 3 of the Firm videos. Bought them a few years back along with the step and a weight bar thing. Not sure if it is the same step they sell now or not, but it definitely is a workout. I can't remember the last time I used them, it has been quite a while:rolleyes1

If what you have is anywhere near close to what I have, you will see progress soon if you stick with it. It was very challenging for me, but I wasn't used to working out regularly. I enjoyed the dvd's a lot though when I was using them. They seemed to be good at motivating you as you were doing them. I really should dig them out and give them a go myself!:thumbsup2

I had lots of success with the FIRM when I had my initial weight loss. I've had some pains this past year in some of my joints that have caused me not to use them, but I'm hoping eventually I can get back into it.
