Has anyone used these videos? I saw a commercial for one that comes with a stepper. It's called a fanny buster or blaster or something with the word fanny in it. It looks really good. I was just wondering if anyone has had any success with these videos? I really want to blast my fanny.

I just tried FIRM Cardio. It's hard but a great workout. You won't be sorry you bought it.

If you don't want to buy their step you can just buy a Rubbermaid one for about $5.
