I'm wondering if there are any hidden fees/ taxes that I'm missing? Thanks.

No hidden fees.

Our contract consisted of the points total, annual dues/maint.fees and closing costs.

The annual dues for us was $968.33 and our closing costs were $550.

Sorry forgot to add, this was via resale.

There is a fee of $95 if you trade to a resort outside of the DVC resorts, like Interval International, a regular WDW non-DVC resort, cruise, Adventures By Disney, etc.

apart from items mentioned by others, if you are financing your membership and buying through disney, you will need to pay a notary public to sign your mortgage agreement. that's no biggie though, should be about $20-$30.

Annual dues go up by about 3.5%-4% per year. It's not really a hidden fee but it is something you need to be aware of when deciding whether to purchase DVC.
