I was watching here and there and OMG, is the defense really SERIOUS with that Street Sweeping nonsense.

Ya, IMHO it is nonsense and I think Judge Locke thinks so too.

Baez should be disbarred. He really is not a good attorney. When a judge has to tell you over and over how to ask a question, there's a problem.
