Is Mark Eiglarsh defending Dippolito? I think I saw that on his Facebook page a while back. He got a lot of grief for it from his followers on Facebook. He's a lawyer who used to be on the HLN shows talking about the Jodi Arias trial, especially Dr. Drew. It got to be a big joke that he was surrounded by The Fog.

He was a guest commentator on HLN shows. I don't know if he was involved in any big trials. I just know him from his guest appearances, particularly on Dr. Drew.

I didn't watch the whole thing, but what I saw is such a feeble Jodi attempt at testimony that I had to laugh out loud.
Yes, the jurors for this case are going to have a hard job, hard to not laugh!!!

That is interesting, Actually I thought of solitary confinement as something different. But the room is not totally bad. I don't know how long someone should remain in confinement. Maybe months on end is way to long for certain things. And reading for and orange , I don't think deserves confinement. It will be interesting to see where this goes.
