I went back to watching YouTube so I can listen to everything in order. I cannot get over how long winded lawyers are. It makes me crazy!

It's funny to listen to this defense lawyer present cases and why certain bad acts were relevant to each case (but not this case). You just know that if he was the defense attorney in each of those cases he would've argued that those bad acts were NOT relevant in those cases.

Is Mark Eiglarsh defending Dippolito? I think I saw that on his Facebook page a while back. He got a lot of grief for it from his followers on Facebook. He's a lawyer who used to be on the HLN shows talking about the Jodi Arias trial, especially Dr. Drew. It got to be a big joke that he was surrounded by The Fog.
