Well technically, I believe the legal internet age is 13.
You can always change your birth year, of course, but without parental consent I'm pretty sure you're supposed to be 13.

Well sure, but I think since it is a Disney thread that maybe younger kids can go on it. I know my little brother wants to, but I just don't think he has enough to say (or the patience to try to type everything and make it make sense). I just think 11 is a little young... I joined in 06 so almost 4 years ago so I was 13. Eh I dunno, as long as she doesn't act like 11.
