What's your favorite video game? I love all of the Halo games, and the Call of Duty's.

I am so glad to hear that they are humble. So often you hear that these musicians aren't friendly at all.
They are a real inspiration to me as well. There songs are very moving. I only wish I could write something even close to their songs... Mine are all pretty lame.

Oh yes!!! Halo is one of my absolute favorites of all time. My favorite is probably Chrono Cross. Its an old PS1 game, but the music and story and art just astounded me. Recently though Assassin's Creed 2 has been AMAZING. Im a military snob so Call of Duty pisses me off more then entertains me.

I know about the musicians being humble. Thats why I respect and love them so much. They are simply a great bunch of guys that make some truly amazing music with so many meanings and thoughts. And I wish I could actually write music, I start to write and it just falls apart. I mainly sit down, play some chords and start thinking about their music and how I wish I could write ha ha. Being the artsy fartsy guy that I am, you would think I could write some good lyrics.

I totally grew my hair out and highlighted it to become more surfer/rocker looking...thanks to them though.

I want to be a musical performer and they want me to just make money as an accountant or something. Im like yeah Im going to be doing something I LOVE even if I dont get paid amazingly well.

Haha, cool. I always wanted to join the Marines. (Not a princess like normal little girls.... ) So I get where your coming from with the whole authenticity thing.
I bet you sound better than you think, a lot of people tell me that I should go on to American Idol, but I for sure don't think I have the talent.

That's good to know that you appreciate artsy fartsy. My family finds my passion for music odd. "Why can't you take your ear buds out for once in your life..." I agree with you about doing what you love even if it doesn't pay too well. I wish I could be a singer, but I hold myself back.
