The ending of The Blind Side...did I miss much?

this contains spoilers, so don't read unless you've seen the movie!

I had to leave the theatre before this movie was quite over. I think I missed about 5, maybe 10 minutes, and am wondering if I missed much at all.

when I left they were dropping michael off at college (old miss? they mentioned oxford, is that where he went?) and sandra bullock had just given the speech about him not getting anybody pregnant or else.

what happened after? anyone remember?

the movie closes and the credits run.

During the credits, they run pictures of the real people. It really frames the movie nicely...No idea why, but the photo's of the real people made me all emotional and stuff.

oh, I love it when they do that. well, will netflix the movie and see the ending when it comes out. still glad I was able to see it. I really enjoyed the movie, even though I had to leave a little early.

I seem to remember that she huffed off to the car after that little "mom speech" so they wouldn't see her cry and Michael made her get out and give him a real hug. I'm old and it's been a few weeks since I saw it so I could be wrong I loved the pics of the real people at the end.

It's Ole Miss and its located in Oxford Mississippi. You missed the part where Michaels says I am gonna need a proper hug and when they tie in real pictures of the family and his draft day
