This morning I booked our trip for November 7-11, 2018. I went to see if the reservation info was on the app and of course it's not. :badpc: We booked a package and the tickets are showing up on the app though. I tried to link it with the confirmation number and it says reservation already linked to youngest daughter's account. She doesn't have an account. I'm using the same email for online and the app. I chatted online and got nowhere. So the cm gave me a number and that cm said it wouldn't show on the app until 365 days before the reservation. I'm not sure I believe that. Anyone else have this issue?

In the process of trying to correct the issue, I removed the kid from the reservation and tried to link again. This time it said already linked to my account.:scared: So I added the kid back to the reservation and it changed her to 9 years old and would not register that she would be 10 on the trip. I finally got that fixed myself online.

I think I will wait and see if by some pixie dust magic it shows up on the app. I guess it's no big deal if it's not. I just like to see all my ducks in a row and it's nice when technology works the way it's supposed to work.

I booked a split stay... the second reservation took a while to appear in the app.

I went to keep comparing prices for an October 2018 trip and it wasn't even showing that any rooms were available at ANY resort. I think I'm going to give them a few days to work out whatever they're doing right now.

Thanks for the reply. I'll give it a few days. If it still says the trip is linked to my 9 year old, then she's in charge of the payments too. :rotfl2:

Yes I had that happen to me too. It was showing nothing and then half hour later prices were showing up again.

I had the same issue. DH & I each have a free dining package booked for December. I booked them last September. I was never able to link them to our MDE accounts either. It also said they were already linked to our accounts. I eventually called to get help linking them. I can't remember if I started with the regular phone number or got a different number from the website. But eventually I followed a number/ link for MDE assistance. The CM said it was a "known issue" that Disney is still try's mg to resolve. I was on the phone for about an hour. He had to get additional help from other sources & eventually he let me get off the phone. He said they would keep working on the issue & that the reservations would show up our in MDE accounts when they were fixed. About an hour later, I checked our accounts & the reservations were there. There was a little problem still with the other guest in my room showing 2 sets of tickets, but that corrected itself eventually. :confused3

I do need to add more days to our tickets & am not showing an option for that, so I will have to call. I hope everything is all set when I go to make our fastpasses in a few months. Good luck!

The 365 day thing is real. There have been other reports of this. in all cases I'm aware of, the reservation showed up automagically 365 days out.
