This morning I booked our trip for November 7-11, 2018. I went to see if the reservation info was on the app and of course it's not.
We booked a package and the tickets are showing up on the app though. I tried to link it with the confirmation number and it says reservation already linked to youngest daughter's account. She doesn't have an account. I'm using the same email for online and the app. I chatted online and got nowhere. So the cm gave me a number and that cm said it wouldn't show on the app until 365 days before the reservation. I'm not sure I believe that. Anyone else have this issue?
In the process of trying to correct the issue, I removed the kid from the reservation and tried to link again. This time it said already linked to my account.
So I added the kid back to the reservation and it changed her to 9 years old and would not register that she would be 10 on the trip. I finally got that fixed myself online.
I think I will wait and see if by some pixie dust magic it shows up on the app. I guess it's no big deal if it's not. I just like to see all my ducks in a row and it's nice when technology works the way it's supposed to work.
